Events and activities for up to 60 people, such as Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthdays (for the young and the not so young), Rehearsal Dinners, Professional Luncheons, Club Meeting and many more, can be accommodated at the empress.  Planning an event, below is a general idea of The Empress' policy.

 
  • A group is defined as 10 or more people.
  • No charge for rooms. Price is based on menu items and confirmed number of attendees and a 90 Minute seating during the day. Dinner times are allotted based on the number of courses.
  • If a private event is desired, a minimum number of attendees must be guaranteed to hold the full room. The minimum number depends on the desired room. 18% base gratuity is added, another 5% may be added to base gratuity for each Half hour beyond the allotted time.
  • Deposit of up to 50% may be required at time of booking. Deposit fully refundable up to 10 days prior to event. Store Credit will be offered for a deposit if cancellation occurs within 10 days of the event.
  • Final minimum guest count must be provided 48 hours prior to the event. Group is committed to the count. Extra food for no-shows will be boxed and given to the group to take away.
  • Favors, cakes and additional decoration can be provided for an extra charge.
  • No splitting of checks for group events.
